Missing First Class Mail

Check with the mailroom for your school, department or building if there is one.

Contact Penn Mail Services: after the following conditions are met:

  1. If your mail shows postmarks dated at least five (5) business days prior to the time of your receipt. Please submit original envelope with postmarks to Penn Mail Services via Intramural Mail.

  2. If your mail has been missing for 15 business days, you can submit a claim to USPS. It must have a minimum value of $25. Return claim form to Penn Mail Services.
