Tracking USPS Extra Services Mail

If you need to track any of USPS's extra services, which include express, registered, certified, insured and signature confirmation mail, follow the steps outlined below.

  1. Use USPS extra services to protect and confirm delivery of your important items.

  2. Penn Mail carrier must sign for these items at the USPS Main post office so they remain trackable in USPS system.

  3. Penn Mail logs the items into their accountable mail received system and requires a signature at customer delivery location which tracks the package delivery on campus. 

  4. If this mail or package is not received, Contact Penn Mail Services with the USPS tracking number and the full address that was on the mail-piece.
